How to join a Waiting List

If a market is marked as FULLY BOOKED or your craft type is OUT OF STOCK, you can add yourself to the waiting list. 

Joining the waiting list means you’ll get an email if a space opens.

Steps to Join the Waiting List

1. Login to your account on apply.thehandcraftedmarket.co.uk.

2. Go to the market you would like to trade at.

3. Select your Craft Type from the drop down menu.
   
   

4. You’ll see the Join Waiting List button appear.

5. Click the button, and a pop-up window will appear.
   
   

6. Enter your name and email address.

7. Click Join Waiting List.

8. You’ll see a confirmation message on screen. You’ll also get an email confirming you’ve been added.
   
   

What Happens Next

• You’re automatically added to the waiting list for that market only.

• If a stall becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification.

• Spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The email contains a link back to the market listing where you can book.

• Joining the waiting list does not guarantee a stall.

Can I join the waiting list for more than one market?
Yes. You need to join each market’s waiting list separately.

How do I remove myself from a waiting list?
Click the unsubscribe link in the waiting list email.

Will you hold a stall for me if a space opens?
No. You’ll get an email alert, but you’ll need to book quickly before someone else does.
