From your Trader Dashbaord click on ‘My Markets’.
Find the market you wish to cancel and click "Cancel booking"
Select the market(s) you wish to cancel the booking for by clicking in the tick box
Click "Continue"
You now have three options. Select "Swap” (please note this option will only be available to click if there is a space available at the next 2 upcoming markets.
Once selected the option(s) will show and you can choose which market date you would like to swap to.
Make your selection and Click "Continue"
Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown
Enter any additional details
Click "Continue"
Click on the checkbox "I understand the cancellation terms and wish to proceed."
Click "Submit cancellation"
Your cancellation has been submitted successfully. We will update you within 24 hours via email.
